  : The hotel is really nice, next to the beach with great facilities. The Elza themed suite is amazing and was one of the highlights of the entire trip (at least for my daughter..).
  : The food is mediocre. The restroom was smelling of mold theoughout the entire stay. Also maintenance level was quite poor, but that might be because of our off season visit.

  : The indoor swimming area was decent, albeit the lane pool was rather cold and most of the basins were either closed for the season or closed for maintenance that didnt seem to be actually underway. We liked the fact that there was a kids area in the main restaurant. However, all of the toys were broken, missing one or several wheels, and most of the small chairs in the room were about to fall apart. As most of the very worn down facilities were quite disappointing, it is rather difficult to list that many good things about our stay - especially when the hotel claims to be a five star resort.
  : Everything is very worn down. Most of the facilities and utilities were closed during our stay (late April). As this was during low-season, this is understandable, but it would have been nice with some information about this before booking. Most of the staff were less than friendly. Just one example: The lunch and snack were moved from the main restaurant to the a la cart restaurant. It was, of course, no problem in it self, but there was no information about it, and no staff was telling us when walking past us as we were sitting in the main restaurant waiting for the lunch to be served. When kindly asking about it at the reception, the receptionist told us about the change as though we were complete idiots for not already knowing this (despite the complete lack of information). The food served was also disappointing. It seemed to be a lot of the same food that kept being slightly reheated and put out again and again for almost all the meals. Most of the warm dishes were rather cold. The bread was completely dry. If this is due to the low season, we would have appreciated that the hotel just didnt offer buffet or all inclusive during such periods. We ended up just eating shopska salad and non-crispy fries for most of our meals. Overall, the stay was lackluster and not anywhere near the five stars that the hotel claims to have. Had it said two stars, the experience would have better met expectations.
