  : That it is in a green zone and you have to walk a long way with luggage to get to it. There is a shuttle but you have to call it.

  : I liked how the manager of the hotel handled the fact that the room we had booked had nothing to do with a room that costs 240 per night. Big thumbs up for the Manager Svetoslav and all the bartenders. The location of the hotel is also absolutely great, first line of the beach and a national park on the back with amazing wildlife.
  : I don't know where to start from l. Hotel Gergana is actually two buildings, one from the 1960's and one from 2017. If you end up in the building from the 60's is like a horror movie - Rust, mold and furniture that is older than 30 years, if you end up in the building from 2017, the hotel meets the expectations. The maid stormed our room at 8:30 am without even waiting 3 seconds for reply after the knock on the door. and then had the audacity to say that she has been working for 30 years as a maid so I should not comment on how is she doing her job.The food was not of the highest quality and a lot of guests were complaining from stomach issues, after 4 years of relationship I saw my girlfriend throw up for the first time, she has a strong stomach, but not for that food. The alcohol selection does not have a single digestive drink and even the Ultra all inclusive does not give you the full selection of the bar, as mentioned in the positive side, bartenders at least do a good job and give you good advice.

  : We like the fact that it has its own beach and it is right in front of the hotel.
  : The building itself looks a bit old, starting from the crammed elevator to the dirty air vents in the room.

  : The location is great, the beach is really nice. The staff were very polite, the food was good. Albena is a nice place for taking a walk in the evening and the parking is well organized. Overall it was a great experience and we would visit it again.
  : It could have been a little more clean - for example the pool wasn't very clean. The rooms weren't great as well - they were comfortable, but a little old and some parts were not super clean either (the sheets and towels were fine though). Also, the air conditioners were noisy, we could hear the one from the neighbours.

  : The quality of drinks was poor, the food not so great, the personal doesn't know english, the entertainment team far way for what this means, the water from pool cold, the lifts was very slow and wait a long time in queue
