  : The location is the only advantage of this property.
  : Ive got the room with separate bathroom, which is located in other room. thats really inconvenient and the fact it was not stated in booking details is annoying. Also the hot water was absent in shower, so I had to take a cold one. And the most disgusting was dirty linens, I had someones hair on my pillow

  : Fairly close to the old town and close to other areas with lots of restaurants and bars and things to see. Kettle and tea coffee and sugar were provided
  : It was really a single room i think, just because there are two beds shouldn't mean it is a twin room size and there was only a very thin wardrobe to hang a few things in so with 2 people there would be nowhere to put your bags other than the floor . The private bathroom was actually across the all and not part of the room , this was not made clear on the room description. The wifi was quite intermittent.

  : Mostly fact, that the room is completely different than the picture on Booking.com. extremely small, smell of cigarettes, toilets are outside the room. They are private though, but outside, plus- please be aware of the noise at very early morning. Tramps are very loud , at the 6am. And. Check the bed sheet... Euro 2012. Time for some changes, maybe???My room was like a very small cell with the sink inside the room. No chance for the one you can sed on the picture I just add some picture of the room, i Should have. But this is just a dream Overall- just for kids, for one night. Not for me

  : An amazing, professional, extremely supportive and welcoming customer service/staff at the reception and the hotline support - with exceptional soft skills. They managed to answer many questions in a friendly manner and were available 24/7. Also, its very close to the city center. Great Wi-Fi connection with a strong signal. Although a bit old-fashioned, the place was extremely clean and well-maintained. A lovely, clean bathroom!
  : Sadly, there are some cons, too. The interior was overheated (no option to regulate the temperature, though?) - its like a dry sauna. I had to keep window open most of the time.The other thing was an awful, almost unbearable traffic sound starting from very early morning hours. I was working remotely and - even with a closed window - I struggled to concentrate during online meetings, it was SO loud. The hairdryer sounds like a circular saw - no joke. It surely has a mechanical defect and works loudly, and you can smell the burn, PLEASE replace it with a new one as someone will get hurt soon! It would be nice to inform guests there are no shower gels - I had to shower myself with thinned soap during my first night.
