: Nice apartment in the lovely place with awkward service (see next)
: We booked an apartment for one weeks (invoice included room cleaning). After a great week staying in the apartment, we decided to extend it for 6 more nights. Price was the same as for initial 7 nights, that was fine. We asked service to clean apartment after the first week and refresh the supplies, but manager claimed that we have to pay additional 150 PLN for cleaning (without refreshing towels, linen and washing machine tablets). In theory, we could just checkout/checkin and have everything for free. We feel something is wrong with the service

: It's a great location, and the apartment could be excellent too if the management actually didn't want to scam you. Read below.
: We arrived at the apartment just to find out that one of the bathrooms are out of service. They dismantled a toilet inside. We were four people, and we booked this place exactly because it had two bathrooms. We sent a photo to the management and asked them about it, as it was clearly not how it's on the photos. They told us on the day of our arrival that a technical team will check it. Nothing happened. The next day in the morning, I asked if we can check out later than the official 10 am, as we only had one bathroom to use. They denied our request. I asked them why the bathroom was not functional, and they told me that the previous guests had damaged it. So they lied the previous day that a technical team will check it, as they knew already at the time of our arrival that the bathroom will not be fixed for it. Yet they charged us the full amount, and they didn't let us check out later. In short: I'm sure the management will come up with further lies to discredit my claims, but take a look at the photo that I have attached and ask yourself if you want to book a place that looks like this (and not like on the photos) - this is not a bidet, this is a toilet (or rather was).
