  : There was no hot water during my stay. Person that did check in didnt informed me about it. I was travelling with a 5year old, and still didnt considered important to inform about the issue with hot water. Of course, i was charged full price. Unaceptable. Dont recommend it at all. Terrible customer experience

  : Good location, easy access to the public transport, tram 18 is very convenient. Relatively safe area, close to the old town, but not crowded.
  : Been told there is no hot water the moment when I checked in, though provided free breakfast, I am more surprised that they don't bother to fix the hot water as soon as possible, stayed 2 nights 3 days, no sign of hot water is coming back. The staff English level is very limited, but friendly. The room is big, but the layout is odd, and my room is on the street side, if you are light sleeper, avoid it. Also, the curtain is not good enough to block the light, the day bright up around 4 am in June, if you are sensitive to the light, could be tricky.

  : Staff at reception could not just communicate at check. The room allocated to me had an awful smell of stale smoke plus the door wouldnt lock from inside. The guyWouldnt accept its not locking. Luckily another guy came who could speak and then changed my room. Room was huge but very old looking with worn out carpet. Bes side light wasnt working and plug points were in the corner of the rooms - very very ill planned to be a proper hotel room. But over and above all this - THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM FOR ALL THE 3 DAYS. When i complained they were so non challant abt it. Plus the water in the shower cabinet would accumulate and take ages to clear. Housekeeping did a nominal job of cleaning the room. Only provider a bottle of body wash , no soap, no shampoo. Plus one day they just left the rubbish from the room outside the door itself. Worst housekeeping i have seen anywhere The most inconvinient and bad place i have stayed. Breakfast was nothing to write home abt -plus i saw flies sitting in the food so didnt bother having it the next day. They shouldnt be allowed to operate as a hotel.

  : We liked the room and the staff. The breakfast was very good.
  : There was no heating. The AC was not heating. The central heating wasn't working There was no hot water. We couldn't shower for the 2 days we were there. It really spoilt our holiday. We were cold and dirty and couldn't enjoy our stay.I think we should get a refund.

  : Convenient location but very noisy street.
  : There was no hot water at all for the three days I stayed there and no apparent interest from the hotel to deal with it. Tired dirty carpets. Uncomfortable springy mattress.
