  : I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at City Space Apartment in Krakow through Booking.com, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.Upon our arrival, we were shocked to learn that our reservation had been mistakenly canceled by the apartment owner. This led to a chaotic and stressful situation, especially since we were traveling with children.What adds insult to injury was Booking.coms response, or lack thereof. Despite my desperate attempts to seek help, Booking.com's customer service failed to address the issue effectively. It's disheartening to see a platform that I once trusted, prioritize their partner's interests over customer satisfaction and basic decency.I urge anyone considering a stay in Krakow to steer clear of City Space Apartment. The unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and utter disregard for guests well-being make it a place to avoid at all costs. (Without considering that the apartment we got was extremely dirty, warm like a sauna and the beds have 5 cm old mattress)Additionally, my experience has left me questioning Booking.com's commitment to their customers. I hope no one else has to endure the stress and disappointment that my family and I faced during our stay at City Space Apartment.

  : It was a 5 minute walk from the Old City walls. Easy to get to bus and tram stops, a short walk to the train station. Very quiet, safe area. Cafes and little corner shops within 200m.
  : The room was very basic and the sofa wasn't comfortable. The TV was so high on the wall that it hurt your neck. Whilst this is advertised as self catering, you would be hard pressed to be able to cook here.
