  : ideally situated for tourist areas eg stare miastogood and regular tram connections to Krakow Glowny railway stationpeaceful at night. helpful reception staffliked the cheese filled nalesniki at breakfast
  : cannot fault the roomHowever there was an issue with the doors to the showercame off lower rail but a temporary repair was made whilst I was out for the day.

  : Arrived at Alexandra hotel, our flight was very early so we couldn’t check in however they have a facility to store your luggage for you. The hotel was very clean and looked after. Reception staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great location, 5 min walk from the beautiful old town. Got an upgraded version of our room and was lovely and clean and cleaners came everyday and tidied.
  : Breakfast was very continental and despite several reviews I’ve seen regarding the toaster machine not cooking through properly it was still the same when we arrived, my partner put his bread through around 8 times before it cooked dark enough, the breakfast was a strange mix of different things, English food, polish food, meats, pancakes and fruits but nothing felt fresh. Room was very comfortable and Cosy however the tv didn’t work, the bathroom had a sewage smell coming from the drains, the mini fridge didn’t get cold but it was plugged in and the Air-con said error and wouldn’t work but we did have big windows to open up to let fresh air in luckily we wasn’t in the room a lot as we enjoyed the beautiful sights of krakow.
