  : Great location! Perfect walking distance to old town. Cafes, restaurants, bars all around. Park was close by as well. Staff were polite and helpful as possible. The room was quite spacious.
  : I stayed on the third floor. The windows were small and high up with some netting on them, it felt a bit like a basement prison. It was quite dark throughout the day. I also heard noises from upstairs, from the sides with other suites and in the hall from at least 11pm-2am. I did not sleep well at all and was there for 4 nights.

  : Great location! The hotel is on a pretty quiet street, in the heart of the city centre. You can just walk to each of the city historical sights. There are also bus stops, markets and a variety of good restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful and try to do their best to help and comfort their guests. The rooms are very clean and well decorated.
  : The first room I was given had nothing to do with the pictures shown in Booking.com for "Standard Double room". In the pictures we see a spacious sunny room in light colours with a couple of pretty big windows. In the first room I was given there was just one very tiny window, approximately 60sm wide, which was looking towards an air shaft! The air shaft's bottom was at the level of the window sill! Moreover in that same shaft were located all the outdoor units of the central air conditioning system so the constant noise they produced was too much to bear. The room was also very small, dull and in dark colours- nothing in common with the one in the pictures, which I had paid for. I went to ask for another room and then the receptionist gave me a room that was at the attic- which had only two velux roof windows which can't be opened because the ceiling is too high and it was again not what I had paid for- with no view and just a feeling of being in a box. I asked where are the rooms from the pictures in Booking.com and the receptionist told me that the hotel was just full and there are no other rooms (which I don't completely accept because I had paid in advance for a certain room not for a compromise). As the last possible option I was given the room for disabled people- which was exactly like in the pictures- very sunny spacious and with lovely windows. The only problem this time was that that room Number 102 is right at the reception desk. You have to go besides the reception deck to get into your room. This leads to the fact that you hear every single conversation happening at that 24 hours reception- every single person arriving at or leaving the hotel and every single phone call. I really appreciate that all the receptionists did their best to keep quiet as much as possible and were really lovely during my entire stay.
