  : This is great value for money. It is close to the city center and train station. It was clean.
  : 1. I was disappointed there was no bed sheet, only mattress covers on bed. 2. The massage explaining how to get to the apartment, if you see so many people struggling why dont you make it better? Just make 1 pdf fine, with step by step explanation and pictures. I will make overall satisfaction much higher. The instructions you send right now is ok, but yesterday, I myself saw how other guest could not figure them out. And i am sure detailed visual explanation would have helped

  : Over 70 stairs to room - no lift. Really noisy from traffic - trams every few minutes. No AirCon - fan noisy. Room was small hot & stuffy. Plumbing needs sorted as also noisy.

  : Yes, and Im really sorry but I need to explain you all situation to understand why only 1star. When I arrived at the property by 20:40pm I could not get in. The is no host, no reception- hardly you can see this entry. The door was locked and no one around. I had very poor connection on my phone but I managed to call the owner. This lady told my that no one is at the property and she sent me information on email by 14:30pm. Sorry, by this time I was already in the plane so my phone was off. She said to my that she will sent me a text message in a minute- with instructions for enter the property. Ive never received this text, and I believe she never did as she realises my phone is Uk so to avoid extra cost she never sent. I didnt have good reception as my phone is Uk network. By starting in the middle of the street looking for different hotels, lucky me the was one guy and one girl which was about to enter the property and the guy was very helpful to help me with all get to my room. So only thank you to the stranger in that night. Will never recommend to anyone. Best regards, Justina
