: Super clean, modern and authentic. 5 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes walk from Galleria mall
: No facility to store suitcases after 6pm, this can be a problem for those with big ones if they have a late night flight

: Clean, spacious, contemporary apartment for two people. Well furnished and equipped with interesting memorabilia for tennis fans. Located just 100 yards from the park that runs around the old town so an easy walk in to the bars and restaurants.
: The mattress was soft and the pillows provided no support so we used the cushions from the sofa which were marginally better.

: Lovely, comfortable and very well equipped apartment. Fantastic shower! Mother and son travelling together so made use of sofa bed in living area. Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff. We took advantage of breakfast which is served in hotel across the street-good. Great location.

: My partner was arriving several hours before me. I had paid in full and that she could be let into the room and I would leave my card details for mini bar when I arrived. This was agreed to. I asked for airport transport and flowers for my guests arrival. I was happy with the quote and asked how I should pay but received no reply. I waited at the airport for 90 minutes then got a taxi. There was no flowers for my partner and she was told if she didnt give her card details for the mini bar she would have to wait away from the building until I arrived, this was angrily shouted at my partner like a threat. I met 2 other reception staff and they were fine and said that we could stay in the room until 2pm on day of checkout, the night before departure I went to confirm this and the original lady went on the attack and shouted no the agreement says checkout 11 am, no exceptions, she was smiling, I asked to speak to the manager, she said that was her, I asked to speak to the owner, she said that was her and all the time a huge smile on her face. Ive never been spoken to like that in any hotel in the world. I dont want to return to Krakow because thats how much she ruined our holiday, she refused to give me her name but I would advise anyone against a chance encounter with this woman, she enjoys ruining your holiday
