  : 1. People, who sensitive to noises (loud walking, child screaming, etc.), please be aware, that you are going to stay in a house, where live other people. So to get a quiet apartment is a lottery, that depends on neighbors. We rented an apartment in the same building before this one and we were lucky to have quiet neighbors. In this apartment top neighbors were active until 01:00am and in the middle of the night, so it was really disturbing. But this will only hinder those who are sensitive to adalts stomping, and running of children.2. Very bad pillows.3. If you want to sleep separately and you will use bed linen from the wardrobe, you will be charged extra.4. No salt and only one dishwasher capsule.5. Not really clean. obwebs, and dirt around hoods.

  : On the positive side, a very convenient location, a cozy courtyard without parking or cars, a pleasant balcony with chairs and a table, a solid modern new building, in which, in fact, the apartments are located.
  : I have experience traveling with housing registration on booking.com, including to Poland. And I would not recommend this accommodation facility to anyone. First of all, when paying, the price suddenly increased from $450 to $544 - carefully read the fine print when booking: "you pay additionally for cleaning"... But even with cleaning, the price should have been 501, not 544 - see the owner's answer in the photo... Secondly, instructions for receiving the keys were sent less than a 24 hours before check-in - in fact, you are already on your way, but you still dont know how to get into the apartment. Thirdly, the owner did not cooperate, not to mention the shift in check-in time; he did not even allow luggage to be left in the apartment until check-in time. But then more - at 15.00 we arrive at the apartments - and there the cleaning is in full swing!!!!! And we were informed about the delay in check-in time only at 16.27! It's horrible!!! Fourthly, although we did find cleaning, the apartments were frankly poorly cleaned. Dust on the shelves in the closets, poorly washed floors. I'm not even talking about the lack of washing powder in the presence of a washing machine, the lack of kitchen towels, the inconvenient sponge for dishes. There wasnt even anything to wipe the table with! There were also about 5 garbage bags. And there were no instructions regarding garbage disposal. Tea, coffee, sugar - there were only 2-3 bags each (three persons traveled, duration 4 nights). So the owner has room to develop. I recommend other tourists rent other apartments on the outskirts of the city - public transport in Krakow is very good!
