: Apartment by itself is good, but I meet worst service ever! First of all be ready that your confirmation of booked apartment means nothing until you come in. I received denied confirmation right at 6pm after I landed in Krakow. And 3,5 hours spend on the Przedviosnie 2b to get any support from Renters. Half hour spend to await! for responding on phone call, to hear that they cant do anything, I receive answer: try to call tomorrowImagine that even service of booking.com couldnt get any answer from Renters. I even have email from booking.com service that I should contact this property by myself, because they couldnt reach themAt 11pm we went to another closest hotel!!! Without any explanation or support from Renters.Next day my confirmation was confirmed and I get that wierd instruction how to get in.So here we are in the apartment, happy that everything is over, but no! On second day wifi internet stoped working like no connection to the network, I wrote claim through the booking.com and guess, on 4th day (2days without internet) receive answer to use already knowing wifi password nobody fixed!Internet appears on day after. And you know what? We decided to prolong our stay here due to the business. Did the new booking with the same address same apartment and we where asked by some lady that says to us that we must move out to the neighbour building to Przedviosnie 2a, even with my confirmed booking at Przedviosnie 2b. We moved to 2a and started to call property service because this is crazy! After 2hours of calls we moved back to 2b, but Renters told us that we should move to 2a for one night because there is mistake in the system and somebody already booked that night!!!!Imagine that! Ah last thing - Renters asked us to pay cleaning extra for moving to 2a for one night!Ridiculous service!
: Just because of the service you could get denied, moved off by staff, stayed without support on the street!

: Big place, nice location. The region is quiet and seems safe. Internet connection is perfect: fine with 5 devices on.
: But the walls are thin, and you will hear everything that neighbors are doing. Also apartment needs reconstruction. Also prolongation of stay was 2k PLN more that just book the same slot on Booking.com
