  : The location is perfect, in a quiet new neighborhood, with Kazimierz shopping center around the corner, river with the paved walking coastline and various parks - perfect for walks with the stroller. Excellent WiFi (video conferences with no problem), underground parking included, big nice balcony. Dishwasher and bathtub is a big plus. Renters.pl support was really helpful: the kettle and frying pan were somewhat damaged, so they brought us new ones the very next day.
  : The both sofas in living room and in bedroom were a bit uncomfortable, bathroom door didn't close all the way (the support told us that they are aware of the problem and planning to fix it soon).

  : The apartment was okay but with minor issues. The host company was exceptional in my case perfect communication, response, assistance, etc. While departing from the apartment, I forgot some of my clothes, and when it was discovered, I asked the host company to locate my belongings and ship them to me, which the host company quickly did. The host company was in constant touch with me until everything was solved. As for the apartment itself, it is a bit used if we speak about the living room and the bathroom. It is clean, but the carpet in the living room can be cleaner or replaced, as well as some stuff in the bathroom, like a broken toilet paper holder or exfoliated wash basin top. Besides the above issues, the apartment was good and fully equipped with everything, including many kitchen utensils. If a microwave was available, the kitchen would be unbeatable compared to other apartments I stayed in. There were complaints in other reviews about the mattress of the unfolded sofa in the living room. It was sort of okay for my 10-year-old son. But I do confirm that it will not be comfortable for an adult to sleep on that thin mattress. The bedroom and the mattress in the bedroom were perfect, with no complaints at all. The pillows were too small, but there were two per person, so it was Okay. The underground garage included in the apartment rental cost is a good feature. The apartment's location was good right next to the shopping mall. Overall, everything was good. The apartment was good value for the price.
  : I was charged an extra 10% of the rental cost for this apartment, what was also mentioned by another reviewer. When I researched this matter with my bank, I discovered that I was charged not by Booking but by the host company. And it was done in my local currency, not in PLN. If the payment was made through Booking.com, I would be charged in PLN with no extra charge. Due to this matter, I had a double money conversion, resulting in an additional 10% charge. It is worth mentioning that it was my 15th apartment rental through Booking.com in Poland within a year, and it was the first time I was charged an extra 10%. Just remember that you might face such a situation.

  : Old, uncomfortable beds. Insufficient supplies. For 3 adults staying 3 nights, we got 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 pillow shams, 1.5 toilet paper roll. Missing window covering in the bedroom, no privacy.

  : Our arrival time of 15:00 was accepted, but then I was informed that the apartment would not be ready before 17:00, so we had to walk for 2 hours. Then we came again with the luggage, but the apartment still wasn't prepared, and we had to stay 30 minutes more with the luggage near the building.Entrance: The bottom door lock doesn't open all the way, so you have to kick the door out every time you use it. Also, the window lock in a bedroom is broken, or the key is wrong - I couldn't open that window.Cleaning: Generally, the apartment is clean unless you drop something under the bed or sofa. It looks like these places are never cleaned.Filling: A small piece of soap for a family of four, two tablets for a dishwasher, and no washing powder at all. And a coffee machine without coffee. Basically, you have to buy everything, even if you stay just for a few days.Additionally, I was charged 100 zl for the "permanent soiling of the towel." My son had a nosebleed, and maybe it was a problem a lot of years ago to remove such soiling, but now every washing powder can do this. I would do this by myself, but as I already mentioned, there was no washing powder at all.
