  : Lovely hotel, we had a family room on 2 levels with ensuite and balconies on both levels. The lower level was set up as a living area with 2 pull out beds. Upstairs double bedroom, ensuite with spacious balcony where 6 of us sat to play games. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had some food allergies and as this was all inclusive a lot of options were unsuitable however the staff were very accommodating and helpful with this providing suitable options. George on reception was particularly helpful with this and Ren the head waitress. Lots of choice for breakfast and evening meals, we didnt take lunches so cannot comment however snacks available throughout the day which kept us going. Water park was a 5min walk away and had a great pool as well as slides. Beach was a further couple of minutes down the path, beautiful but quite pebbly beach need water shoes or similar as quite sore in the feet. Few days waves were crashing and red flags but few days had lovely calm sea beyond the shore dump. 1/2hr walk up beach talks you to Kolymvari which has sheltered swimming area on beach and slightly more sandy which feels much safer. Bus stop right outside taking you either to Kissamos or Chania, very reasonable way to travel.
  : Not much in the way of entertainment. The games room table tennis table and bats a little worn. No outdoor pitches for sport. Not much information on tours available locally unless you ask at reception, who were really helpful when you did.

  : I booked this Hotel roughly 2 hours before checking in and paid for 3 nights. It was a lot of money because it was all-inclusive. I did not realize what all-inclusive was and the advert on B.com painted a picture of a lovely resort where kids could slide and instead, I walked into the reception to find a big party with people clearly intoxicated in the reception with loud music blaring. I informed the receptionist within 20 minutes of being in the property, that it's not what we want and want to leave. He informed me that he could not make a decision and only the morning manager could. We decided to stay as it was late when we checked in, around 11.30 pm. The next morning at 8 am I went to reception to tell them that we leaving. The receptionist did not care about our predicament. He told me that I must contact b.com for a refund. Full of attitude with zero people skills. I tried to tell the receptionist that we are non-drinkers and did not want to be in that environment. NO REFUNDS he said. So b.com intervened and the hotel agreed to refund me 1 night. I feel ripped off as we paid for an all-inclusive and very pricey package for 3 nights and stayed only one night. I feel I should have been charged for 1 only. I am a regular user on B.com and have come to the conclusion, that it's best not to book on the platform anymore and much wiser to go to the hotel/apartment first, then check the property and book there and then. B.com also has not helped me sufficiently in my case to get a refund that satisfies me. As I am in the hospitality industry in South Africa, I always give my clients the benefit of the doubt. This negative rip-off experience has left me with a bad feeling towards b.com for not helping me.

  : Our room was stinking all through the stay but our friend's room was ok The food wasn't great at all - I wish I hadn't taken the all inclusive The drinks were all water/soda mixed with syrup :-( The waterpark of the resort is 5 mins walk from the resort and not within the resort :-(

  : Our room was great, very clean, majority of staff were very helpful, some not so!
  : On our last day I had booked to go on a day trip, as werent flying home until midnight, check out was 11am, knowing that we would want to be showered and fresh for our flight home, I asked for a late check out of 9pm and pay the 5 per hour charge, I asked numerous times about this from 24 hours and more if this would be allowed, I was told by two different receptionist that this would t be a problem and that they would speak to their supervisor to confirm, however it should be fine, I would need to double check again on the morning of our check out, as were being picked up by coach at 9.20am for our day trip, I could get confirmation from 7am, I went to reception at 8am, expecting to be told that all was fine for late check out as I had been led to believe this, to be told no, I could t have it, 2.30pm was the latest they could give me, even though I had been previously told that nobody was going in my room after me and there was plenty of availability on booking.com for this hotel also.This meant we had to quickly pack all our stuff to drop off at reception, get breakfast too before 9.20am as we wouldnt be returning from our trip until 6pm. Very disappointing as were led to believe it would t be a problem?I asked where we could leave our cases and shower and get ready for flight, I was told the wellness room would be available for us to use and that it was fine to get ready in there and that no one would be really using it at that time.
