  : Breakfast was good and al la cart restaurants Italian and Asian were nice. Beef wasnt so good but the other dishes were very nice. The kids club was very nice and clean thanks to staff our kids enjoyed activities!
  : It was difficult booking al la cart restaurants when we pay so much to stay also many seats were open when it said full.and also waiting to be seated at the main restaurant didnt really make sense also being told i couldnt wear flip flops when thats all i brought, i didnt really understand that when we were dressed up. They should consider adding a playground for kids at the start of the grass area since all kids play there in the evenings .

  : Beautiful architecture and design. Pools are really amazing for adults and kids. Everything is super clean in the resort. Front desk is able to fix all requests and able to respond well on time. A la carte restaurants are good. Music performances are nice.
  : Serving staff is not so friendly and dont make you feel welcome, particularly the buffet staff. Some inefficient policies from the resort like taking your room number and making you wait to be accompanied to a table etc is creating unnecessary waiting lines. You rarely get bar staff asking for drinks by the beach. Entertainment schedule needs more variety and better quality.

  : Very comfortable rooms, wonderful pool, very high quality food, great service (whether pool or beach side, in a restaurant or at the front desk).The staff were very accommodating - our flight home was at 9pm and we were told we could stay at the resort for as long as we wanted, use all of the facilities etc. The lady at Reception was writing down the time we wanted our bags collected from our room, and she apologised for not looking at me while she was speaking to me! So lovely.We were unable to book any of the a la Carte restaurants on arrival (they were all full and we were only there for 3 nights), but the staff managed to find us a table at the Asian restaurant (which was fantastic).
  : The vitamin bar was closed nearly all the time we were there which was disappointing.Our shower really wasnt very powerful and the TV kept cutting out, as if there was poor signal. We have 3 teenagers, and there were v few people their age (but loads of little kids). It didnt matter, as this was planned as a time for us to spend time just the 5 of us, but if wed been there for longer, they might have been a bit disappointed. We didnt think that much of the surrounding area. We had spent a week elsewhere in Crete (Kalyves) and loved it there. If you like exploring, theres not much to see/places to walk to. We loved the resort, but once youre there, you could be anywhere in Europe/Asia/Middle East/Caribbean etc. Maybe not the place to stay if you want to experience real Crete.

  : Excellent food for all-inclusive. Plenty of healthy options and high quality raw ingredients. Those who desire fried and fast food are also in good hands. Pool is great and well maintained. Kids are allowed in the indoor pool in the morning for 1hr, which was appreciated on days with grey weather. Children waterland. Children loved it and hotel has two lifeguards on watch. Room was excellent (family room)
  : Improvements - Invest in a better playground. More activities, variation in surfacing. - gym opening hours (please extend so gym is open in morning and evening) - free tip for hotel owner: service in main restaurant. If you redeploy your allocation of seat staff to actually provide customer service and let people chose their own seat I think you will improve customer service and can save money. - sleeping couch in family room. Very poor sleep.

  : The Hotel is very big and very nice. The swimmingpool is the highlight as it is huge and the area for small children really thoughtfull. The serving of drinks at the pool is pleasant, the italian restaurant where you can find to eat during lunch time also very comfortable fir families. The sea is right in front of the hotel, they offer bar service on the beach too. We had a room with a shared pool. The room was spacious and very modern. It had everything we needed. It was clean and had seaview.
  : The only thing i can think of is the most of the staff. The facility is BEAUTIFUL but the staff are people who dont have any idea about service and althought they try to make it right they can not help it making it worse. -Not all of them are the same way informed about the hotel -they keep asking you the WHOLE TIME if they can remove your dishes from the tables , this is very annoying after a few times especially if they see that your plate is actually full, they also keep asking you where to put your drink although there are only two people sitting. -they do not know badicthing like: Where is the nutella, how tall has to be a kid to visit the waterpark and stuff like that, you always have to hear wait a minute please i have to ask The highlight of it all was the dining experience in Symposium (self-service restaurant) which we only visited once. As we didnt know they have dress code we had to go change our shoes to be allowed to eat! Let me tell you i have visited many 5+ star hotels in the world, with best example Atlantis the Palm in Dubai. Dress code ein a self service restaurant is ridiculous and if you have paid 6000Euro for 4 nights it is unacceptable to be treated like that only because you had put on swimming shoes Surprisingly enough there was NO DRESS CODE in the other better a la karte Restaurants, nobody asked me to change there. This hotel could be really top but it is not , and that is because of the people. If you are going there to rest and have spent so much money on it they are supposed to make it simple for you. But they are not. They only find problems. When we visited the spa area they asked us what room we have to check if we can use it. A day later another person told us no we do not need to ask, everyone is allowed to use it. It is chaos and it sad for the owner.
