  : After two noisy nights in our room at the property, not much. We realized the absolute natural beauty of the location can be truly soured by bad experiences at a property. Property mismanagement is a curse to any traveler.
  : 1) Ripoff for the price. It felt like the hotel guest was there to subsidize the residents at the complex. 2) noise, noise and more noise. Each and every morning, very load noise, which sounded like chairs dragged over hard floors, hammering, and running. Crack of dawn for roughly 5-6 hours after. It made the room uninhabitable. 3) Thievery in pool area. 4) The pool area was overcrowded. Some of the children were left completely unsupervised by parents. Which In turn, caused some chaos. We witnessed a few dangerous situations by the sauna heater, around the pool, and in the hot tub that involved unsupervised children. Much above the norm. Of course, like fools, we paid to have the room UPGRADED! What a scam. Never again.

  : Great location and property is very nice looking. Balcony was very nice
  : Room was just so loud could hear everything including the people next door using the bathrooms and even brushing their teeth. Really really no sound proofing. Also there was something on one of the headboard that was very gross.
