  : Upon entering the apartment, the first thing that caught my attention was the unmistakable smell of dampness. It immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. As I continued to explore, I noticed an alarming sighta cluster of fungi growing on the inner side of the front door. This discovery was not only unsightly but also raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and safety of the apartment.The overall cleanliness of the apartment was far below acceptable standards. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with visible stains and grime on the tiles and fixtures. The lack of proper cleaning and maintenance was evident in every corner. Dust accumulated on furniture, surfaces, and even on some kitchen utensils. It was clear that thorough cleaning had not taken place in quite some time.Furthermore, the bedding and linens provided seemed unkempt and were not properly freshened. It was evident that the property had not been adequately prepared for my arrival. This lack of attention to detail further added to my disappointment and discomfort during my short stay.Given the unhygienic conditions and poor maintenance of the apartment, I immediately contacted the rental agency to express my concerns and request a refund. I provided them with detailed descriptions and photographic evidence of the issues encountered during my stay. It was crucial to present a comprehensive case that clearly highlighted the unacceptable conditions I had experienced.

  : Good room for money value. Good location, easy to pick up keys. Only few things-shower very small, but it's a small apartment so make sense and....a bit more cleaning please, specially in the kitchen plates , forks, spoons where dirty. Otherwise everything ok.
