A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Baby supplies and cribs are available for guests from private outside vendors, and is not supplied by the property.

Guest need to bring their own toiletries and food to the property.

Please note: This property reserves the right to charge a 250 USD penalty for leaving more than 30 minutes late.
