  : Great location near the beach. Has a view of the ocean. Clean apartment, has everything you'd need. Try Paia Fish Market up the road for delicious fish tacos.
  : There is some noise from the road but still totally worth it for being close to the beach and ocean breeze.

  : Great location, comfortable , nice remodel, good bed, nice beach stuff, easy walk to many places
  : Spotty wifi, hot water heater is too hot, needs safety bar in bathroom, could use a bath mat as floor gets slippery

  : The fact that there was actually sugar, salt, pepper ect. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedding was so comfortable.
  : The A/C was in the livingroom and wasn't strong enough to cool the bedroom in the back so much so it did get a bit warm at night. There was sand from the previous guests in the dryer so I had to rehash my clothes to get it off. And the water filter for the dispenser needed to be changed. But nothing very bad or that put me out.

  : we liked the location on the main beach road. there is some traffic noise but it doesnt bother us. we liked the complex it was in, neat clean modern place. we liked having tow flat screen tvs in living room and bedroom, washer and dryer in unit. we liked the balcony overlooking the pool, the main road and the ocean.
  : we were not crazy about the a/c it was only a tiny floor level window unit hidden behind the end of the sofa in the very front of unit by balcony. could not cool that room completely let alone all the way back to bedroom. we did take portable fan and put it in front of a/c unit which helped distribute air better. we were only in unit mornings and evenings so it wasnt really hot those hours anyways. a/c in Hawaii is not a given since they have no furnaces. you have to ask what kind of a/c and if its the whole unit.....i didnt ask

  : Property was quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. It took about a minute walking distance to the beach. Great location. Everything was perfect.
