  : the floor is clean and like the washer machine.
  : the room is fairly clean but there was bad smell all time. there were bugs came out at night and daytime.

  : the location was excellent- proximity to beach and food were fine. property provided beach chairs and umbrellas which was useful
  : the condition of the condo was abysmal. it needs a total rehab. it was not at all as billed. as an example, the air conditioner unit (which was in the middle of each room) was attached to the window with duct tape. The lights were not working in many rooms, the walls had holes and much more. We were charged a $185 cleaning fee ( which i understand) but then told we need to wash and dry the towels and linens and take out trash and clean kitchen. then we received a note from the owner indicating if we gave a great review, we got a gift. are you kidding??? so much for booking.com ratings. this makes me very hesitant to use booking.com. take this off your platform.

  : excellent location near Kamaole II and nearby restaurants. the unit was clean. The unit included beach chairs and umbrellas, which was convenient.
  : The photos are extremely misleading. They are renting multiple different properties from one listing so you dont know exactly what youre getting until the day you check in. I normally rent from Airbnb or VRBO where condo listings are 1:1 and you know exactly what youre getting. All photos showing the lanai showed a downstairs unit however we were placed in an upstairs unit. If all photos show a first floor unit, its reasonable to assume the unit Im renting is on the first floor. We were told we could switch to another property in a less desirable location, but it wasnt cleaned and someone elses belongings were already in the unit.The unit was missing a hair dryer, which should be included. I contacted the property manager and one was supposed to be dropped off but wasnt. The unit we stayed in was dated and missing baseboards.

  : The location was absolutely amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was just a walk across the street. Communication was excellent and the property was great and very accommodating to our needs. Beach chairs and everything you might need for the beach was available to us!
