: The only thing about the accommodation was the central location, but nothing more.
: What didn't I like? I'm talking about the apartment "- Pushkinskaya 12 B" because the landlord has several apartments on offer. 1. KITCHEN The equipment was not as in the pictures. For example, the microwave wave was missing 2. KITCHEN All dishes were missing, hardly anything to cook. The dishes that were available were old and not cleaned. It's disgusting. The kitchen urgently needs basic cleaning. 3. KITCHEN Two different photos of "kitchens" are shown here in the profile, whereby only this one with the "green interior" is relevant. 4 BATHROOMS A whirlpool or jazuzzi can be seen in the bathroom. This was broken, the whole tub was dirty, not properly cleaned to the end dirty. 5. BATHROOM There are 2 washing machines, one broken, the other working. There is no user manual here. 6. Living room In the living room there is a cupboard with some cups and plates. If you go ahead, all the dishes clink, probably the whole floor vibrates. In order to be calm from noise, you have to clear it out. The handover of the keys when moving in was probably done by the cleaning lady, who also moved in the "EUROS". Note: The nice lady should simply do your cleaning job better. The key levy was not what I imagined. From my side, a conversation was requested, which the landlord avoided for fear of massive complaints. I should put the key in some mailbox. Conclusion The apartment is absolutely not worth the high price, maskless covered, pictures are beautified, information is not set correctly.

: The place is a bit outdated: living room sofa and bathroom curtain needs to be fixed. Kitchen chairs are unstable.

: Big one-bedroom apartment, a bit outdated but clean and overall comfortable for a short or longer stay. Its my second time renting this place and I hope to be back later this year.
: AC unit was a bit tricky to manage
