: Great location. Spacious apartments. All required facilities. Great value for money. The host response time is fast enough and the host is pretty flexible. We got 2 keys as prior agreed (keep in mind that keys should be picked up from other location nearby that is available 24/7). The host was fine to receive deposit and remainder fee in euro-s (prior agreed) what saved our time on exchange operations (we arrived pretty late).
: Seems some time before when apartments were used for permanent basis it was smoked there and cigarette smell still exists (the apartment has smoking not allowed policy so these are leftovers from some past time) and if you don't smoke you can somehow feel it. For us it was tangible but not a blocker (we don't smoke and don't like cigarette smell). But if you absolutely can't stand any cigarette smell please take into consideration. Hot water is via electric boiler (50L) but we were aware about this from previous feedbacks and nicely managed this restriction (we were of 6 persons - 3 adults and 3 kids).

: The proximity to the centre is great. The location of rooms (different corners of apartment) is especially good for groups. Cleaning lady is very helpful and the apartment was very clean (except from windows, probably because of construction site in front).
: Attention: trap! We were charged extra 18 euro for pre-paying just 82 euro (one night) through Ukrainian bank. Even though we told the host in advance we will prefer a cheaper way of pre-payment, she refused any alternative. To my mails afterwards about this issue she did not answer at all. She also didn't mention to us that the street in front of the house is been completely reconstructed - meaning not only extremely annoying noise, but also all shoos and pants are getting immediately dirty. We had to buy toilet paper - we believe for this price we can at least expect enough toilet paper.
