  : They provided shampoo, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, toilet paper, those little things mean a lot. The lock box with the keys was an issue. We followed the directions but couldn't get it to open.I noticed another review that said the same thing and thought, that won't happen to us. We know how to follow directions well. Fortunately the office cleaning lady was very helpful and got it opened. There should be a direct line to someone on the island for help.
  : The property was very nice. Staying in the middle of everything was the way to go, with the exception of roosters crowing randomly at all hours, part of the charm. Earplugs helped.

  : The location was excellent and the place was very clean.
  : Definitely need better beds, those are way past their time of use. Especially the pullout couch. Also there was a beehive on the balcony and that can be deadly for people that are allergic

  : the fact that I spent 5.2k and the place was very run down. there were no spices, the back door frame was actually cracked and door was very flimsy. oven needs a good cleaning. Downstairs balcony was just an awful crap hole. 5.2k and they use 1 ply toilet paper. Rust on the dishwasher and upstairs master shower. Pan cabinet door is broken. master bedroom light doesnt work. just a huge disappointment.

  : No one answered the calls. Only received a call back when i messaged them. Broken elevator for most of our stay.

  : i actually fell out off the patio and injured myself. their needs to be a sign letting people know that the steps are lower than normal.on arrival it took us over one and a half hours to get our keys to access the apartment. we were told we would receive an email instructing us what to do on arrival but that never happened.thank goodness we have relatives that live in the us , they called the office on a number of occasions and were not making any progress with them, dont know why. when the office realised what was wrong they told us that we had to call round and pick up the keys. this was 16.40 and they said that the office shuts at 17.00.in a mad panic I raced to the office on the next block just making it and got my keys. this was not a great start to our vacation as our stress levels were tested to their limits.all I can say is that check in was very poor.would not recommend this company to anyone.

  : Lower balcony steps were a bit awkward. Suggest more light fixtures in common living area.Amenities were not consistent with what was outlined.Difficult to have consistent Vacasa staff rep for communications regarding issues and associated resolution. Resolution was not efficiently handled. Its communicated resolution that was stated by Vacasa was not operationalized.
