  : remote broken then fixed with electrical tape, no remote for 2nd bdrm, hot tub broken, pool very shallow, ants everywhere inside unit, smoke alarm sounded for no reason had to remove, a/c in 2nd bdrm was put in with cardboard and duct tape.

  : Amazing amenities, everything you need, especially for kids. Large comfortable bedrooms. Spotless clean. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Pool was nice but needs a bit of a clean. The surrounds of the property also so well kept. Perfect location smack bang in the middle but still quiet at night, (apart from the rooster!). Hot tub was a real nice bonus.

  : Location location location! Very very secure property! Enough room for 6 people! Very good/cold air conditioning.
  : Ants! Ants everywhere in kitchen, traps should be setup, we called & were told that during rainy season it is just how it is, we asked for ant spray and traps, we came back to a cannon raid on the counter, no traps setup, had to keep spraying for them. The refrigerator did not get cold until day 2/3, many maintenance things wrong that needed to be fixed that were not fixed during our stay, light fixtures were fixed day of check in yes and the maintenance man was awesome, however, some blinds were broken and there was a part of the hot tub jet covers missing, the bedroom dresser drawers where not vacuumed out so I didnt feel comfortable unpacking my stuff in the drawers, the two bedrooms upstairs did not have central air so the window units that run hoses to a unit in the room took up quite a bit of space in the 2nd room. Mattresses very noisy when moving around on them. You are given rules for check out but no supplies given, then are told not to worry about it; such as, loading dishwasher and starting a load of laundry but not soaps are given. Really should provide more than one parking spot, like 2. They would be much smarter to get rid of the keys and gates and utilize a scanner card that they can deactivate if someone doesnt return the keys, the keys and barcode scanner card are subject to a $250 charge each if lost or not returned.

  : Great location. Cleanliness.
  : Instructions not clear at all. The instruction to come from the street direct depends on which street the car ends up in. The direction to go to temp carpark is not correct from where we came from. Its sooooooo confusing.. Hard to find the black key box. Took us 30 mins before someone we approached who fortunately lives here.....this is most frustrating. Other than that, its great.

  : Location and size were the best thing this property had going for it.
  : This property is in need of so much maintenance. The kitchen appliances are rusted, floor boards coming up in the master bedroom, living room furniture is dirty, deck is rotting so you need shoes at all times. In the living room it looks like they had significant leaks from old windows, walls are patched and so poorly done. Moisture is definitely an issue in this unit. The bathrooms look updated from the pictures but its just the tile work and its not an upgrade. Vanities are old and rotting. Air conditioning on the second floor are portable floor units which sound like freight trains. In the second bedroom, you cant even access one side of the bed because of the unit. The dresser is so old and disgusting looking that you wont even want to touch it (normally I Lysol wipe drawers before putting clothes in). No closet in the master that is accessible, owner has it locked. The doors out to the deck cant be closed unless you deadbolt them. Making it difficult to even sit outside. The property manager told us they would immediately address the issues. HOWEVER, if you dig into the reviews for this unit, theyve been saying the same thing for 2 YEARS to other bad reviews. Other than location and shared pool, this is not as advertised AT ALL!

  : The elevator was out of service for our entire stay. I was travelling with my elderly parents and they had a hard time navigating the staircase every time we needed to get to street level. This added some logistical pain to our trip. When we booked the property, we confirmed that there would be an available elevator for my parents to use. Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevator was out of service. My father recently had knee replacement surgery and the stairs proved to be very difficult for him.
