  : Booking.com notified me my card was declined, three days before my scheduled visit, although it's in good standing. I also noticed the egregious cleaning fees, almost doubling my cost, after the fact. Since my stay was initially cancelled, I made other arrangements, but they still charged my supposedly declined card, on the day of the scheduled visit (which wasn't made).Instead of instantly refunding my entire payment, I have to go through a cancellation process, which isn't possible as the website doesn't allow the process after the scheduled visit (which didn't happen). I've had to contact my bank, to proceed to dispute the charges and find a workaround through emails, with no confidence it will be honorably resolved.

  : Stairs were very scary. Linens smelled unfresh. Carpets dirty. Overall needs a good air out and freshening. Great location close to Challenger lift.

  : I like the sound of the water rushing by from warm Springs, it made it easy to sleep. I liked the location easy access to many hiking trails including Baldy Mountain and the bike trails.
