  : This is the second year we've rented this condo for this weekend and it was great. The beds are very comfortable and there's plenty of space. The porch has plenty of seating so it's nice to sit outside. Each bedroom has an air purifier which is great for days when there is smoke in the area.
  : With the hotter weather this condo does not have A/C so it can feel a bit stuffy in the late afternoon and early evening until the heat of the day fades away and the temperature drops. Unfortunately, as the sun goes down the breeze also tends to stop so the condo does not cool off quickly. And if there's smoke in the area, you need to close the windows to keep the house from smelling. An extra fan for the 2nd bedroom would have been nice but my call requesting one was never returned.

  : It was quite private for the location. Even though we could hear people above us and below us, it was secluded.
  : It had a few pieces to it that were damaged that we were a little worried would come back to haunt us. I wish the renters would leave a list of things they knew were damaged so that way we didnt feel like wed be charged for random damages.

  : This condo was clean and comfortable. It had a nice private balcony with a sofa, chairs and a table for outdoor eating. A full kitchen is great for cooking meals in.
  : The parking situation was a little strange. There is parking across a fairly busy street or behind the building on a less traveled street. This is a middle condo so if you park across the street you are carrying your things across the street, down a flight of stairs, and to the back of the building. If you park behind the building, you will walk up 2 flights of stairs.
