  : Fantastic location, in the town centre. Food & drink places, the choices was amazing. Lovely property, modern, clean, everything you need for long or short stay. We would stay again.
  : Loading & unloading the car was a bit tricky if you had a few cases. Access blocked as no vehicles allowed near apartment. car park a couple of streets away.

  : The Hayloft is in a great location. However the Packhorse Inn opposite has live music on a Friday and Saturday night. It is very loud and goes on u till about midnight. Even with the windows shut it sounds like they're performing in the bedroom......

  : Excellently equipped - really high spec kitchen with most things youd need for self catering, definitely way better than most apartments including things like tin openers and graters etcReally comfortable and clean and felt like staying in a home (books and some games and dvds available). Owners clearly care about the place. Central location so youre near everything in Keswick
  : As mentioned in other reviews, the live music from the Pack Horse pub is permeating on Friday and Saturday nights (ended about 11.45pm and 12.30am when we stayed) upside was the tunes were decent! But it was very loud.Sykes didnt respond when we couldnt get the tv to work (no manual and had to turn on several bits) and the bin instructions in the flat need updating (one of the shops in the directions, has moved locations now) - a map of where to put the bins would be useful!

  : Great location. Bars/restaurants on doorstep
  : We had some issues with the shower but we contacted sykes cottages and they sent someone around to take a look. They did come around very quickly. There is a small leak in the hallway. We made them aware of this. It was only an issue the first night when there was alot of rain

  : was very clean and a very good location was great haveing a parking space and the cottage was well equipped.
  : there was a very smart shower but the water pressure was too low so it was either very hot or cold
