  : Central location close to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable flat with good facilities.
  : Difficult to find initially. Access down passageway and up steps. Central heating is difficult to control.

  : Great location in the centre of the town. Well equipped, decent comfortable sofa. Cosy once we got the central heating to work!
  : Parking space is really tight, you need a small car really and we found locking and unlocking the bollard really difficult. Better to find an off road parking space.

  : Great location in the centre of Keswick and it was great to have a parking spot. The apartment was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Wifi was also excellent.
  : It would have been useful to have a washing machine (we used the laundrette in the centre of town instead) and we couldnt find a can opener in the kitchen. Would also have been useful to have a shelf in the bathroom and a later check out as 9am is quite early. Although not the owners fault, but the entrance to the alleyway which leads to the apartment was full of rubbish and cigarette buts from the restaurant next door.

  : Centrally situated and within a short walk to everywhere in town.
  : The parking area is really tough to navigate but you do get free parking.

  : Lack of hot water throughout the stay despite having boiler on. Linen and towels could do with being updated. Shame that Sykes Cottages couldnt respond to our queries before the holiday about the parking.
