Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for free when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Kalas Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Kindly note that the property also accepts bank transfer as a payment method.

Please note that valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to the arrival of the guest. Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel. Otherwise, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
