  : Lovely location close to Keri beach and the room is nice with a good balcony and view. Some very nice restaurants within walking distance, overlooking the sea. We had a delicious dinner at Taverna Keri and a very tasty breakfast at Rock Cafe. Rock Cafe also have a very good cocktail menu, but we didn't sample it as we were there at 10am and hitting the road. Both are good options for food at least and very close to the apartment. The apartment is in a nice quiet location and was good value for money.
  : The shower soaked the entire bathroom. There's a shower curtain, but it doesn't go around the whole shower, so was kind of pointless. But not a big problem, just something to be aware of. Would have liked an iron as my clothes were bunched into a rucksack, but again, not a big problem, I just wore the wrinkles out Just to be aware of it in case it's something you're after.

  : The location is great, right on the main street, near supermarkets and a 5-min walk to the beach. The atmosphere is great, we absolutely loved the little balcony. The wi-fi works great. New clean towels were provided every day and the bed was also changed pretty often. The cleaning ladies are just wonderful and they are doing a very good job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. The A/C is a big plus and it works very well!!! It cooled down the room in just a few minutes and it definitely improved our stay at Herodotos.
  : The bathroom is a bit too small. The shower is not closed-in, but "shared" with the toilet. When showering, a lot of water would seep through the shower curtain and leave a big puddle of water on the floor. In the first day, we didn't have any sort of bathroom / hallway carpet to soak up that water, but that was provided on our second day, so that helped a bit. Also, the sandwich maker that was to our disposal was giving off a burning smell when we tried to use it. There were mosquitos in the area, but luckily we have a device in the room for mosquito repellent tablets (which we bought at the store) which were a life-saver. The bed is a spring-bed, so it made a lot of noise when we were moving around. Airport shuttle is not provided like advertised. However, there are a lot of taxis at the airport that will bring you to Herodotos (30 euros / ride). The owner called us a taxi when we left as well, so we definitely appreciated that.
