  : Spacious with two separate bedrooms and living room. Enjoyed having my pet with us! Felt safe.
  : Pool water was cloudy. Needed extra staff to clean up after some nasty guests.

  : The location was perfect. The price was fair. The room was clean. There were dishes and items for an extended stay. The room was large.
  : We kept finding trash on the floor in the hallways. When we checked in and arrived to our room, there was a note on the door letting us know the water would be disconnected the following morning for maintenance. We had a funeral to go to so we had to shower that night instead. It was later when we checked in and the front desk didn't say anything.

  : They failed to tell us as we were checking in that the water in the entire hotel was going to be turned OFF the next morning from 7:00 am to noon!!! we would have liked to have been told that prior to checking in. After we got all of our luggage in, and settled, we saw a piece of paper on the floor by the door, which we assumed was maybe the password info and such for Wi-Fi sign, but we found it to be a letter of inconvenience about the water being shut off the next morning for multiple hours. I went to the front desk to ask about this, and asked her why she didn’t tell us prior to checking in, and she said, “There was a letter in your room letting you know.” I really just didn’t know how to respond to that. I told her that she should’ve told us when we were checking in so we could’ve made a decision upon whether or not we were staying. She just stared at me. I asked her why she didn’t tell me, and she said, “Well, I guess that’s my fault.” She absolutely knew that if she told us, we would not have checked in.

  : Breakfast, noise after 10pm, and Staff (very rude and poor communication within)-each time I called at night to ask a question or discuss something the woman had attitude. Also requested late checkout and was woken up not once but twice because nobody knew nothing and it was not recorded. Housekeeper was more apologetic than the staff who was checking the room.

  : The room combination is fine. The bedrooms are fine. The kitchen is good, but the property needs to be upgraded. The rugs were worn.
  : I think that I said that the rugs were worn the buildings are getting older, and it generally needs an upgrade the elevator I only have one very slow, but it functions and I had an experience of not being able to check out by the menu I had to go to the office they need to change that
