: This B&B is utterly charming and picturesque New England. It's a short walk to main street, so we didn't have to drive for dinner or shopping in town. The hosts are very welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the room was cozy. I loved the fireplace and books along the mantle, as well as the wine glasses and other personal touches. Really nice stay!

: Location is good. A 15 minute walk to center of town.The new owner was very warm and friendly.place was very clean and appeared freshly painted.
: Room had no closet or dresser in which to store items. No shelf in bathroom on which to place my toiletries. Bed sloped to the right, in other wards was not flat and comfortable. Breakfast was good but portions were small. Ok for me but my husband left still hungry.

: This is the perfect inn experience. The breakfast was exceptional, and the proprietors were helpful and friendly. The inn is charming. You need a car to get to the beaches and Kennebunkport.
: We couldn't open the windows. The air conditioning was fine, but the option of opening the windows at night wasn't available.

: The staff is top-notch. We were even asked on checking in whether there were any breakfast diet restrictions. The best breakfast I've ever seen at a BnB: 3 courses both mornings.
: The only concern was that the bed was 95% of the room. There were two end-tables and two luggage racks but no room for anything else. I got claustrophic the first night.
