  : Location was good as was the price, budget accomodation.
  : A bit tired, dripping bath tap, remnants of mould in the bathroom, strong disinfectant smell from bathroom, hot water was really hot, almost scalding when i had a bath, food was served too quickly, one of the barmen had bad body odour. I skipped breakfast and dinner at the property as a result.

  : The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were good, and plentiful.The location was excellent, very near the prom.
  : An enjoyable stay, but a few issues that could be taken as constructive criticism.The wet room in the disabled access room has issues. The basin was very small. The shower rather than draining into the drainage hole simply wet everything in the room, including the bath mat. There was nowhere to put soap shampoo when using the shower. The lighting in this room seemed very dim.Getting from the disabled access to breakfast meant pushing a wheelchair down a very steep slope, and up again after.The large room next to the disabled one has three beds. The large double was very comfortable, but the two singles had very uncomfortable mattresses with springs sticking into you. A couple of new mattresses and this would be a very good room indeed

  : The welcome and ease with which I could come and go.Arnside is so close to the Lakes I planned to visit. Also not that far from Blackpool and Morecambe.The cost was very reasonable too. I am vegan so catered for myself meals wise.I would be happy to go back again in future.

  : It's hygienic but there are no windows and the air is bad when the door is closed.
  : The second question was that we were so angry. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 in the evening and checked in at 2:30 in the morning. There was so much noise walking around upstairs that we couldn't even sleep for an hour. We used the recording to talk to the hotel floor, but she didn't care at all, so we could only drive there very unhappy. We said that we have never stayed in such a bad place and we will not come to this hotel again in the future.

  : Its position.The food was good & well cooked.
  : The room was dated & tatty. WiFi didnt work in the room.There were no protective covers on the pillows or mattress, a must when many different people are using the beds. Difficult to access the toilet as it was beneath a hot towel rail.The shower shot out of its bracket as soon as there was any pressure & didnt maintain a constant heat.The gardens were full of weeds & unkempt.The whole place was scruffy.
