  : The private apartment is really nice. It s spacious for 2 persons and it has all the necessary utilities (air conditioning, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, TV etc). The best part is the balcony, that overlooks the sea and has a hammock. The atmosphere is beautiful, really quiet and peaceful. The resort is absolutely beautiful, really quiet and safe, clean and rigorously maintained.
  : We encountered some problems regarding the hotel policy towards the guests of the private apartments. The rules that apply to the guests of the private apt. are slightly different than the ones that apply to the guests of Thracian Cliffs Hotel. These rules are not explained by the owner, who lets you think that you will be treated the same as the guests of the hotel, and, for me, the lack of transparency was bothering.The main reason for which we chose Thracian Cliffs was the beaches, particularly Argata. The owner advertises the apt. with pictures from this beach, so it s natural to assume you have access to it, as the guests of the hotel do. But that is not the case. Even though we made reservations for Argata weeks in advance, being so demanded, when we got there and the employee of the beach asked us the room number he said that all the reservations for Argata beach for guests of this private apartment and several others private apartments are cancelled by order of the hotel owners. The reason, although we tried to find it out, is still unclear - some disagreements between the owner of the apt. and the owners of the hotel.Regardless, the point is that, as guest of the apt. and of the resort, the information that i don`t have access to Argata (with reservation and of course paying the imposed fee) is very important in my opinion, and the guests need to know the policy.Access to Bendida is not restricted for guests of private apt.Also, it is important to note that, being a private property, you don t receive cleaning services from the hotel staff. If you stay for a few days it s ok, but i think that for a longer period of time this can become an issue. The fact that you don t receive cleaning services, as this is a private property, can be intuited, but i think that this should be also explained when presenting the apartment and the guests need to know their options (does the owner provide additional cleaning services? can you pay for cleaning from the hotel?).
