  : The view was amazing. We got (and paid for) the top room in the facility, and it was great to sit and enjoy the view with a drink. The AC was powerful enough and the kitchen/living room was well equipped for a short stay.
  : It was not the cleanest. There were some spider webs here and there and some kitchenware were a bit oily, needed to be washed again. There were some ladybugs outside in the balcony, because of the AC fan, so if we wanted to enjoy the view, we should have the AC off first for a good bit. No dealbreaker for me, but my spouse wasn't the mos content.

  : Big shower. Big kitchen. Comfortable beds. Big TV with enough programs. 150 steps to the beach (although the city beach of Kavarna is not one of the nicest). 20 minutes by car to beautiful sandy Bolata beach and marvelous mussels restaurant Dalboka.
  : Dirty floor, not cleaned properly. Dirty sunblinds. Very hot in sleeping room. Furniture was squeaking. Broken tap in the kitchen. Very small fridge with would-be freezer. It is very complicated to switch on and switch off air conditioning, which is also missing in sleeping room. Small parking lot. The whole house would need some investment.

  : Wonderful view of the sea and the beach from the small balcony, you can even hear the waves at night! You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Friendly staff.
  : Floor, kitchen and especially the bathroom were not very clean.

  : The room was big. The view to the sea was amazing. The way the moon light hit the water in the night was something i never saw. To get to the Kavarna beach you only had to go down some stairs but if you wanted to go visit other beaches you had some good options in driving distance.
  : The room was not clean. The price was cheap indeed but we're talking about basic cleanliness. The plates inside the cupboard were dirty, The fridge was old, and that wouldn't be a problem if the seal would have made proper contact and kept the items inside cold. I had to crank it up to MAX to keep some water cold. I had some ice cream in the freezer that i drank the next day. This was the kitchen, moving to the Bathroom now. First of all. THERE WAS BEARD HAIRS in the sink. So someone DID not clean the room before us. I know the Checkout is at 12 and the check-in at 3PM so that the room can get a clean. This didn't happen. The Silicone around the sink was moldy and black. There was a white dust on the walls, from a prior renovation at some time, but the bathroom didn't show any signs of renovation. There also was lime on the sink, with a proper clean that would go away. The toilet barely flushed and had no pressure. The toilet seat looked old. I though it was dirty but after a wash it looked the same. The shower curtain was also old and the bottom part was yellow-brown-black all over. The drain looked awful. Moving to the bedroom. The door to the balcony had to be man handled to close/swing open. The mattress had a slope towards the middle so you had a weird sleeping position. The pillows we're had and uncomfortable and I had to sleep without it. For the price point the room was ok but was lacking some proper attention to details and basic cleanliness that in this time and age is one of the most important things. Due to the pandemic we understand renovations maybe were not available but a proper wash of the sink, a new silicone bead, a toiler seat and a shower curtain are not that expensive but make all the difference. The room was A1.
