  : Size of the room, ready hot water, room service.
  : The breakfast was awful, what little there was. To advertise a breakfast then produce 'fake eggs, no protein, chemical tasting coffee, dangerous milk substitutes, starch everywhere', it was NOT a breakfast. It was something to avoid ever putting in your body.

  : Nothing as they made our stay highly uncomfortable.
  : Horrible experience in terms of breakfast and services provided to us. Hallways was dirty with debris all overSUPPLIES: Kleenex, tissue roll and towels. Our comfort highly depend on the replenishment of basic necessity like tissue roll, Kleenex and good towels. Initially bathroom had left over tissue roll from previous guest, Kleenex box was half empty, towel were thin with marks on it. We ask for supply next morning as we have kids the front desk stated "we are out of it". we thought we will get some by evening but again same denial "we are out of it". Technically we stayed without clean towels and all other supplies we mentioned after 10 hours of stay. we have to get supplies ourself.BLANKETS: no blankets only thin spiky fleece sheet ,covered with 2 sheets.BREAKFAST: we were there around 8ish and found only 1 small cupcake with few bread pieces, no milk in the fridge. once we saw this we were not interested in the breakfast however stayed there for 30 min and observed no one replenish it unless another lady comes in ask ,else kids came and used all the coffee creamers. As a frequent traveler we know when facility has this behavior of saving pennies. Front desk lights were turned off unless some one shows up. Availability was the only reason to stay here.
