  : It was at a decently good location for a decent price. It did not have carpet in the room. The bed was comfortable. The room was big. I liked the soaps in the shower. ( I didn’t use them) but that was nice.
  : The room smelled unusual/ kind of weird in a bad way. I could smell marijuana in the stairwell. The window shade was broken. I lifted it and could not get it back down. The bed had some kinked fuzzy stuff on it. Like maybe hair and lent. Not enough coffee in the room. No room service for the two nights. Not even the bed made or trash emptied.

  : The management… I mean if we paying 150$approx atleast the should offer a bottle of water we came from New York there was no napkins no water when we ask they says u have to pay 2$ from small bottle of water…and u can’t add it to the bill u have to go back if u forgot ur wallet and pay them for the water ..

  : Location near the Katy mall.
  : Checked in to two rooms, both dirty and smelled like mold. We checked in to the room at 6pm, dropped our bags and went for dinner. Came back took a shower, put on our pyjamas and got go bed. We pulled the duvet and we saw the 1st bug jump, then we my wife pulled the pellow and another one jumped. Room was with cobwebs everywhere and bugs crawling. We asked for another room they said they were sold out, I said need a refund, they said no refund because I used the shower. We argued for a bit, they didn't want to give my refund back. Called the police to come, they suddenly had another room available. Went up with the officer the to the new room and the 1st pellow I pick up had a bug on it, showed it to the officer and walked right out. I didn't get the refund, and I was too tired to argue anymore. Went to the hotel next door the Aloft hotel, they had las minute cancelation, room clean and well ventilated. Ohhh, and only one employee at night, very friendly and nice, had to speak with the manager Yolanda via phone, a very unprofessional individual.
