  : Polite stuff (but clearly not after you criticize them), allowed to check in earlier. They also give you a towel, slippers and a soap free of charge.
  : UPD: Changed from 4.0 to 1.0. The staff's response is insanely rude. While pointing out their flaws, like bell not working, cold and lack of cleaning of the bathroom and toilet throughout the day, they called me an "ungrateful customer" and went as far as to call me what you can see in their response (a swear word) and a liar :) They state as if they made a big favor to me by letting me check in earlier. However, I just came and asked if I can check in earlier and the guy let me do so. Anyways, I think it is clear from the disrespectful way the owner talks to clients that any traveler should stay away from this place. The bell at the gate of the hostel dors not work. Ive been ringing it and no one reponded until I called their mobile phone. It does not say anywhere at the door that the bell does not work. So how are the guests supposed to know that no one will come open the door? You are just wasting peoples time! The hostel is very COLD. The heaters dont work, its been cold in the morning and at night. No one cleans the bathrooms and the toilet throughout the day. Since 11am when I arrived no one cleaned them, I was taking a shower in a dirty bathroom. Also no one put extra toilet paper, at 11pm it was already finished :) nice surprise! Additionally: the guests peed in the shower, taking a shower after cleaning that myself was disgusting. As I said the staff does not clean the bathroom throughout the day. The guests are loud at night, playing music and laughing around 12am. The walls in the hostel are super thin, so you will hear every movement from the neighbors.

  : Location, staff, cleaning and all the service were amazing. I stayed 3 times in this hostel and this is the best hostel in Katowice in this category.
  : There could be a common area with more activities.

  : Basic and affordable place to stay. The kitchen and public spaces were useful.
  : The bed wasnt very comfortable and the blanket was thin so I was quite cold. There was never any toilet paper left in the bathroom by morning.
