  : After checking in at night (approximately 02:00), I tried to take a shower. But the water was cold. So I had to take a shower in the morning.

  : The room is convenient and spacious, the hotel interior is beautiful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. Best we ate in Poland. There is a great variety of dishes provided for breakfast. Location is good, however is a bit noisy, as it is really in the center, but you can get there easily by car or train. There is a big free parking lot, you can easily park your car.
  : I had a couple of questions when I made the reservation as I was traveling with my husband an baby, and I got the answers shortly after reserving in a message, and soon I got a confirmation message in Polish as well.When we arrived we realized that there was a wedding held at that time of our stay. It wouldn't be a problem, but the music was so loud that our bed was shaking, and it didn't stop until around 5 am in the morning, so we couldn't really sleep.The hotel sent a message about it, claiming that there were no quiet hours appealing that night because of an all night party.I admit that it was my fault that during our travel I didn't read through the message thoroughly I got before check in (as in the message first I saw the answers again to my previous questions, than a long Polish confirmation and it was followed by the warning.)In the message they offered free cancellation, but even if I read the message properly I would't have been able to rebook my stay only four days before arriving, being on the run already, as I had to stick with our budget and we already had programes fixed there.I think it would be better to tell people this immediately when they book and start with that (or just close the rooms on that date completely because they have enough revenue from the wedding) because I assume this wedding didn't book four days before my stay....it should have been there for months already.It's a shame because otherwise the hotel would be great, but next time if I want to hear some music I better buy a concert ticket.Stuff doesn't really speak English (except one receptionist, who was nice and helpful, and helped me explain what the misunderstanding was) They made us pay when we arrived, but next morning I had to ask for the invoice.I was sorry to hear that I have to provide my phone number when I book but the hotel doesn't get if from booking.com, because they could have called me on time.

  : I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at night with two 20 kg suitcases and two children, and I got a room on the top floor. I was shocked that there is no elevator in this hotel. How is this possible? I had to carry my suitcases up 4 floors!!! It is not normal. No one offered me help. This is terrible. Now, I need to treat my back because I feel pain.Next: the breakfast is not bad, but I kept getting an eggshell in my omelet. This is not pleasant and not acceptable. And it was very hot in the room, there is no air conditioning, only a fan. It was very difficult to fall asleep. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Please, everyone, read my comment before booking rooms there. I paid too much for a room at this hotel, it was about $120 and now I have to treat my back. Please be careful.
