  : Great location in Kassiopi. Outside area including pool, lounging, dining and bbq is exceptional and very well kept. pool cleaned regularly. Inside areas spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults with good storage/wardrobe space. Good AC throughout.
  : The interior areas were grubby and needed a good clean and coat of paint in parts. Shower room dated with very rusty radiators - would benefit from upgrade. Dining chairs damaged. Property agents slow to respond to email highlighting issues.

  : We spent a very happy week at the Doctors House in Kassiopi which was comfortable and clean. The bedrooms have very efficient air conditioning which meant we slept well in the comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped allowing for self catering. The main asset is the outside space and beautiful pool. Very clean and well kept with comfortable sun loungers to laze about on. The outside table and dining chairs could do with being replaced as they are a bit tired and needed better cushions to sit on, but are still perfectly usable. The BBQ area is well placed so as not to send smoke into the eating area. Some may find the road noise annoying when outside but we soon got used to it or else the pool filter system blocked it out when it was on. You will not be disturbed in the bedrooms as the well fitted windows keep any road noise out. Kassiopi is a lovely town with lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy which kept us and our young adult children happy.

  : Shops, restaurants were very close. The pool area was fantastic, I think that is the best part of the apartment as you can enjoy it being outdoors but still private. The best Kassiopi bay beaches are in max. 10 min walk distance. Our host was very flexible with our checkout, he also brought a small tub for our baby, he fixed one wardrobe where the sliding door got stuck. Generally EOS travels/host were easy to reach and they were quite supportive.
  : Most of the appliances are a bit old and worn out, they should be replaced quite soon, plus I think the apartment would benefit from a renovation here and there. One toilet weren't cleaned properly when we arrived and 2 out of 6 mattresses were somewhat less comfy.

  : Great location (5-10 minute walk to the end of the harbor), with plenty of restaurants and bars available on the journey down. Swimming pool is nice, there is room for sunbathing and relaxing, and the house is clean.
