  : Nothing.In my arrival I was given the room to what I have paid for. After raising the concerns with reception they have moved me to another room similar size to the one I was given originally. I have paid for family size room with garden view and was not provided what I have booked.
  : The food options terrible. We was not able to book other restaures. The reception gave wrong information with regards to spaces available for another restaurants. The staff didnt know what was happening and every information provided was wrong. Rooms full of ants and dirty. Not cleaned properly. Again raised with reception they have promised to clean this was not done. Pictures provided All inclusive is not worth it. You end up eating the same meal over and over. Poor hotel entertainment. The resort is very far, no easy access to shops.I will not say here again or recommend anyone to stay here

  : Views were nice and location was decent.
  : There was a clear wasp infestation at this hotel which I reported to the hotel on my first full day at the hotel. There were wasps EVERYWHERE. It was almost impossible to sit anywhere and not be bothered by the wasps, quite frankly it seemed that the hotel did not care about people's health and safety or care about the hygiene of the hotel (there were wasps flying around food and drink throughout the hotel and this included the main food court area which is where you would have breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The worst place for the wasps was at the main pool area and snack bar area. We went down to the pool on our first day and was swarmed by wasps. We then went down to get a drink on another day and could not believe the amount of wasps that were flying around the drinks machine, quite frankly it was discusting. The fact that the staff thought this was acceptable is just horrifying, ive been to loads of different countries and never had an issue quite like this. On one of the evenings we went to the onsite italian restaurant for dinner, a wasp landed on my knife. Throughout the entire stay we heard other guests complaining about the wasps, we even witnessed someone who had got stung by a wasp. To make matters worse on my last night at the hotel I actually ended up in a nearby hospital. I must've ate dodgy food at the hotel as I was vomiting for hours before I ended up going to the hospital and I was put on an IV drip and given medication to stop the vomiting. I ended up getting out the hospital at 2am. Our flight was due in a few hours, if I still had time left at the hotel i would've probrably gone home. Overall it was a terrible experience and the worst holiday ive ever been on. I am currently awaiting a FULL REFUND for this stay from the hotel/booking.com. I actually requested a refund whilst I was at the hotel but booking.

  : Good all inclusive offer throughout the day including plenty of ice creams and kids cocktails. Nice staff and rooms. Beautiful location. Access to a fantastic beach with gorgeous views and long shallow sandy beach. The rooms have been done up recently and were very nice.
  : Its a bit remote if you do like a wonder out or sight seeing, so youll need taxis or make use of the shuttle bus transfers on offer - just a couple of restaurants in walking distance. And the pool can get a bit noisy/busy, but the beach is nearby which is much more peaceful.
