  : Everything was really nice, clean, spaceous appartments. The only negative thing was the stove that was slow and did not work properly if using several stove tops or oven. The staff was really friendly and did everything to make the stay enjoyable. We even got to use the owners trolley for our youngest child since we did not bring one of our own. The location is great for families and the shop is litterally next door as well as the nearest restaurant. It is easy to walk to the town center where you can rent a car for exploring the island.

  : We were a family of four with two kids (7 and 9) and we stayed mid August when the weather was between 30-35 degrees most days and 20 at night which was perfect. We loved the pool, the comfortable beds and the balcony. The walk to the nearest beach and the centre of Kassiopi was easy (if a little busy during the evening, so keep kids close). It was very convenient having Nikos food market next door and they do delicious hummus and doughnuts. The apartment was cleaned regularly and the sheets changed. Maria and her family were very welcoming and generous to the children. The nearest beach is beautiful and pebbly with no sun beds and not at all touristy which we liked. Dont forget to bring swim shoes and snorkels as the fish are amazing! All the local beaches are very safe to swim from with wind fully clear water and the nearest sandy beach at Kalamaki was a 7 min drive. We had a hire car but the roads were quite difficult to navigate and take some getting used to (narrow, hairpin bends with sheer drops) up on the east coast. We braved the drive up to Pankocrator which was a little nerve wracking BUT the Ghost Village is also only a 30 min drive and really worth it, its so peaceful up there and the tavernas are everything you imagine a traditional taverna to be. The washing machine was new and worked really well so we could have got away with packing less as clothes dried really easily on the balcony. There were so many restaurants and food places in easy walking distance so we ate out a lot, most places do veggie food and kids menus. We also recommend the East Coast Cruise for the day and the inflatable water park for a bit of fun at Kalamaki. Overall we had a wonderful holiday here.
  : We dont have any complaints. The Taverna next door was lively and sometimes noisy in the evenings but we slept with the doors shut and aircon on in the evenings (it was very warm in August and we wanted to keep mosquitos out) so didnt hear anything!

  : Maria is a good host. She looked after us very well. Store next door is handy with a short walk to kassipoi high street and harbour.

  : Spacey apartment suitable for family vacation with possibility to cook if you wish. Large balcony with seaview in distance. Kids enjoyed pool next to apartment. Grocery close to apartment with bigger supermarket reachable in Kassioppi city centre.

  : Usually go for All Inclusive at busy hotels so I wasn't sure what to expect going to an apartment....needless to say, I am totally converted! It was so quiet and peaceful. Kids (15 & 13) enjoyed the pool, apartments were private with own porches and were extremely clean and tidy. Restaurant next door on one side with a shop on the other. 10min walk to the hustle and bustle of the centre. Beach also 10 min walk - was quite stoney though so recommend beach shoes, we hired a car so found other places that were better. Stunning views though - an absolutely beautiful place. One piece of advice would be to check your roaming data information though as it's so close to Albania (which isn't included in my tariff. ) Cost me an extra 50 in the first 5 mins of an Albanian mast picking up my signal because I was following google maps for directions!
