: The apartment has a private parking, this is the only advantage it has. The rest of our stay was TERRIBLE.
: We never had such a BAD EXPERIENCE with apartments in Czech Republic. The owner does not speak English, that is OK, but you cannot just yell I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH but only german! and close the connection. We tried several times to communicate but with the same result. The parking is very limited and it was very difficult to squeeze in because the other cars ere not parked too close to each other. The apartment had no HOT WATER , so we could not make a shower. It was also very COLD in the apartment, so we could hardly sleep. The STAIRCASE which leads to the bedroom is VERY STEEP AND NARROW, no light over it, so it was REALLY DANGEROUS to climb it when we had to reach the bedroom. There was NO REGULAR COTTON BED COVER on the bed. So we had to sleep on some kind of velvet mattress cover. MORE THAN DISAPPOINTING, I WOULD SAY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

: The interior is very nice. We had quite good discussion with owners on Whats up.The nature around seems good
: The apartments are situated too far from the centre of Karlovy Vary - 5 km. It is not good variant for people, who stay for 1 night and traveling on foot.However, if You are here - you need the bus 6.As we understood, private owners rent these apartments, so dont wait for perfect cleanliness. When we came, we found someones comb, shelves in cabinets were dirty, coffee /tea were not in good condition. The strangest thing we found -in our apartments the wide window from bathroom looked on our kitchen)

: I believe it would be nice to throw away an old hairy cumb in one of the drawers and a used loofah. It would be also good to buy a piece/bottle of soap. Lights could also be changed in the bathroom.

: Great location. Nice area. Quiet street. Lovely garden. Free parking. Close to Karlovy Vary and supermarkets (by car). Practical kitchen and amenities, enough to prepare simple meals. Nice furniture and decorations. Cozy overall feel of the flat. Comfortable double bed. Nice bedding. Good shower pressure and hot/cold water. Good WiFi. Nearby a nice hiking trail.
: The absence of blinds and only very thin/transparent curtains leave the bedroom very bright so that sunlight will wake you up early. The bed is under the roof and the room gets very hot. Moskito nets are missing so if you air out the room you have to hunt the insects afterwards. Steep in-apartment staircase with no handrail is not easy to climb and unsuitable for anyone of high age or with a physical impairment.When we arrived it was tidy but not clean. The last tenant always cleans for the next one so this may be potluck.
