  : Location. We've stayed here a lot over the years. Easy to Westport and easy to the Plaza.
  : The room wasn't as fresh and clean as times past. The tub wouldn't drain from our showering so you were ankle deep. The toilet ran all night. We told them they may need maintenance to check it out. Just seems management hasn't kept money in upkeep as much latley.

  : Front desk staff was nice. The external areas of the hotel were pleasant.
  : One day an employee opened my room with a guest. I assume the guest mixed up the room number. I was wearing pjs and it was unpleasant. The shower leaked all the time making it impossible to sleep. Says near the country club but it is at least 20-25 minutes walk. It says breakfast, however only after booking is completed that they send a message saying it is just a basic coffee with bagels. I had booked from 3rd-8th, I tried to contact the property several times in advance because of a flight cancellation, they never got back to me and when I got there they took more than an hour to check me in. I was exhausted. They said it was a no show, but I had several messages telling about flight cancellations, and since it was non refundable it did not make any sense not to leave the room available. It was the 4th of July night and I spent an hour at the reception. The room was not clean. There were an empty bottle of water and snacks packages under my bed.

  : The tub filled up with water so we weren’t able to shower. The room had a horrible smell. There was no coffee in the morning.

  : The staff was VERY friendly and tried to help with issues, most were beyond their control.
  : The rooms smelled moldy and musty, clothes and bedding was constantly damp the duration of our stay. Our first room smelled HORRIBLY of mold, and the toilet didn’t work. When asking for a new room we ran in to others with the same issue wanting to leave for another hotel. They did get us a different room, but it was dirty, spots and what I hope was dirt stains all over the bathroom floor. I set a towel down to step on coming out of the shower and it turned brown as soon as it got wet. Floor was FILTHY. Second room was still was musty and damp, but we couldn’t find another open room in a nearby hotel.

  : The location was great.
  : The elevator didn’t work, our entire room reeked of mildew, visible mildew in the bathroom, the bed sheets were ripped, the carpet was beyond disgusting. I wouldn’t put the front lobby rug in my garage, much less in front of the elevators. If I had an hours more time, I would have gone to a different hotel.
