  : Great location! The garden in front of the property was amazing! The wifi was excellent and we managed to work remotely from the apartment.
  : The 2nd bedroom wasn't very comfortable compared to the main bedroom. However, we had a very enjoyable stay!

  : The host is very kind, and it is a pleasure to communicate with him. The apartment is cleaned every day . The coffee is great. We enjoyed the stay there.
  : We had very noisy neighbors, and we had a feeling that they were on top of our head. The balconies are very close to each other.

  : The location is good, few minutes walking by the beach. The garden is great for kids and provide opportunity to play even in bad weather. Everything was clean and comfortable.
  : All doors are loud and there is no way for someone to close the door without making everyone aware of that. It is not soundproof, so the guests above were noisy till 2am. We had one pretty old towel.

  : It wasnt clean. The minute we got into the room we saw a ball of long hair on the floor next to the bed. We were 4 people in one apartment with two separate bedrooms. The problem was, that there was just one air conditioner, which was located in the hallway. That means the the bedrooms doors have to be open all the time so the cold air gets into the rooms. To turn the electricity on, the key for the room should always be in the room. That means that you go to the beach, you turn down the air conditioner and when you go back to the room, it feels like a sauna. What I also didnt like is that the shower has a shower curtain, which is the most unhygienic thing to use in a hotel. The other thing is that to be able to close the entrance door of each apartment you have to slam it. That was one of the reasons why we couldnt sleep at night. People constantly going in and out of their rooms, slamming doors. The other reason were the children. Yes, its nice that the hotel has a nice garden but no one follow the rules about the quit hours which makes is almost not possible to fall asleep.

  : The location on walking distance to the beach, nice garden for the children to play and BBQ. Sufficient parking spaces. Host is friendly and helpful.
  : The noise - doors are slamming from the wind and can be heard across the apartments. Not isolating well both rooms, so if anyone wants to sleep, all should keep quiet. Kitchen may be better equipped - there was only one knife which couldn't really cut, fridge was small. Considering there are no restaurants or markets in the area, one should go by car to Nikitti, but cannot store food for more than 1 -2 days for 4 people. So we had to go there almost every day.
