: Nice welcome, cozy apartment, nice terrace, beautiful garden, wonderful see view and sunrise. Excellent for quite vaccation. The host, lady Dina makes your stay there very pleasant. She is very, very kind and always at your service, permanently with a smile on her face, ready to assist you for any task.
: The beach does not have cozy entering to the see. The beach is with not small pebbles. During the day a lot of flies and during the night a lot mosquitos.

: The property is located in a beautiful forest with direct view of the sea and a amall, but nice beach. Its approximately 8 km away from Nikiti, where you can go shopping or visit the old town. The house is deaigned and made with taste. There is a garden and a huge terrace with view of the sea. Each apartment (villa), has its own, private parking place. The stuff from Acrotel Athena Palace was very attentive and professional.
: An issue for us was the cleanliness of the house. The bathroom and the showers werent clean properly in a very long time. The floors werent washed well. During clening, the cleaning ladies were leaving the doors open, letting lots of insects inside the house. We found dirty dishes and glasses in the kitchen the first day. The furniture isnt in very good condition. There wasnt coffee machine as described and many kitchenette were missing.

: It was not clear from the beginning where we can collect the keys, we called the number and we were informed that we need to take the keys from the big ACROTEL but there are a lot of hotels with this name around the area, so it took us again some time to figure out where we can check in.

: Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Access to the private beach was fantastic.
: The room was just OK, with the some of the furniture being dated. I would expect more from a 5 key hotel. Toilet was clean but very tight space, compared to the shower room which was more than spacious. We have been in several beaches with pebbles/small rocks which make it a bit difficult to enter the sea, and there are usually sandbags to help with the situation. That was not the case here. Its an easy solution to implement and would have made a difference especially for families with small kids. The restaurant at the hotel was nice, but overpriced. A typical fried calamari dish cost 16 euros, thats overpriced by any standard. Overall facilities where good but more often daily checks and attention to detail would help. For example the trash bin at the beach was not emptied during our whole stay.
