  : The host and the Pool maintenance man and cleaners were very polite and helpful. The Villa was lovely for the most part, and had a really nice pool which was well maintained. Two decent bathrooms with showers, comfy beds, air conditioning in all bedrooms. Private off-street parking right outside the door. 2km from Sani Beach resort - not quite walkable but pretty close.
  : Having one bedroom as a mezzanine open to the living room didn't work that well for us as different people liked to stay up late watching TV or get up early to make breakfast so whoever slept there would be disturbed either late at night or early in the morning. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but could have done with a few more more pots and pans and it was a little small and cramped for the size of the property. There was very little workspace for food preparation etc. Given the amount of space on the ground floor it could easily have been twice the size. The worst thing was that upon arrival the host advised us that the free wifi isn't very good, despite attempts by him to fix it over 10 years. Very good of him to be upfront about it however two of us needed to check in with work for updates every day and we had two teenagers with us who use wifi extensively. It was pretty poor and sometimes non-existent in some parts of the Villa. We always book based on the basis that place has wifi so this was a quite a big disappointment.

  : The house is quite new and in very good condition. You may find everything that you need during your stay. There is very nice outdoor furniture and facilities for instance sun beds etc. Upon your request, the house is cleaned everyday. The location is very nice, quite and relaxing atmosphere around the house and 5-15min by driving car you can reach lots of restaurants and beaches.
  : The house has nets on particular windows and doors but not all of them. It might be better to be equipped all windows and doors by net, because there are mosquitos. When you open the window mistakenly and do not realize whether that window has net or not sometimes it was too late.

  : The villa is located in a good location near to nice villages like Afytos and Kalithea with many options for bars restaurants and beaches. We appreciated the private pool and the nice garden. The staff was kind and friendly willing to help anytime.
  : The villa was supposed to have 3 bedrooms but the one bedroom is a mezzanine open to the living room which is not convenient as it can be noisy and too much light in the morning for whoever stays in that so called room. The kitchen is relatively small for the size of the villa but well equipped. The shower in the upper floor was not functioning well and was leaking proof of poor maintenance. The worst thing was the flies and mosquitoes which invaded the exterior and the interior of the villa making difficult to take profit of the nice garden peacefully. The villa is spacious and has a private pool but it needs a bit more than that to be identified as luxurious.
