  : The actual toom itself was lovely. The staff always smiling.
  : I didn't like how the restaurants were already booked up for the next few nights when we arrived. We only had the choice of going to the buffet (which rarely provides enough variety of vegetarian food) or eating at 9pm which when you have a 4yr old is too late. The android version of the app is not very good at all as you cannot see the cuisine type/menu on it when you are presented with the available dining options. We were also told about the sunset cruise which only goes on a certain day and that was even booked up by the time we arrived. The Japanese restaurant Katsu is definitely not worth the amount it charges which was much more than the Asian (which was fabulous) for less quantity of food. The bar/pool staff do not attend to the sunbeds regularly enough which is odd considering drinks have to be paid for whereas at Ikos which is all inclusive the staff were attending very often. Our final bill had mini bar charges on it which we did not use....i think they just add them on and hope guests do not check the bill thoroughly. The shower water was not hot enough. The room was cold even without the AC onThere should be more Dine Around restaurants
