  : As soon as we entered our room, we were so disappointed. We had read such great reviews and chose this place for our anniversary.
  : I have been using booking.com for years and have never yet left a negative review. i have to say, this place had me so disappointed. When we walked into our suite, it wasnt the room we had requested. I had confirmed two months ago to have a specific room and had been told it was no problem. We were in a room with a very hard bed, with hairs on it, and dead flies squished to the walls. The smell was like moth balls. Outside was the jacuzzi which had cloudy water and had a lot of sand in it. We were feeling pretty sad because we had paid a lot and hoped to have a beautiful room. We explained to the staff this wasnt the room we had requested and were told there was nothing else available other than a room with two single beds that would possibly be available hours later. We also asked about a refund and were told the person to speak to about that wouldnt be back for hours. We were quite upset and decided we needed to find another accommodation. As I said, I have never left a negative review before but I just wanted to warn anyone out there who is hoping for a beautiful time. Look elsewhere!

  : beautiful buildings, surroundings, pool and restaurant with great food.
  : the bad smell from the sewing system that filled the complete room. at arrival it was covered witha strong flower odour, but soon after it was there all the time. after spoken with the host, nothingwas done to solve it. , nor compensate. its a pity

  : Water in the hot tub was not warming up in the first night, but in the morning they fixed immediately.

  : Extremely nice staff, the guy on the reception who checked me (in & out) and the two guys at the bar who helped with everything (room service, taxi services, etc). Very quiet location and relaxing, the suit I stayed in was very clean with a jacuzzi and a big double bed. Very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent.
  : The only thing is the constant smell of the room because of the jacuzzi and the humidity. But I got used to it very quickly.

  : Apartment 403 was simply incredible, a separate house with a large spacious terrace,where there was a jacuzzi. Staff very helpful, smiling, nice, just professionals. Breakfast was sufficient and really tasty. Only the location is a bit more distant from the sea, but I can only recommend the accommodation and the staff.
