  : The location is magical, stepping out of the room right onto the beachfront. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C (which I used for heat) worked perfectly. The wifi worked well from the patio in front, but did not work in the room. That was fine as I wanted to be outside on the sea anyway. On a rainy day, I sat in the adjoining taverna. Nikos was very accommodating. Arrival was very easy as Nikos is at the taverna most of the time. Parking is also easy.
  : - Taverna prices. This is partly my fault as I assumed the taverna food would be comparable in price to other parts of Crete and never asked to see a menu during my 3 days in the apartment. Actually, the food is probably reasonably priced for a beach front taverna, but cost more than I had expected. I had eaten 6 meals during my stay and was startled by how much it had cost. This issue can be avoided if you just ask for a menu, which I did not. - The apartment is not really equipped for self-catering, although there is a large refrigerator. A tea kettle would be nice. - The bathroom is a small wet room, so you need to remove anything that can't take water out when you shower. I moved the toilet paper to be safe.

  : The NASTY NASTY manager!He agreed to my requested arr time of 12-1:00pm, and to the fact that i hv sm dogs.Upon arr at 2:30-3:00pm, the room was not ready, still dirty, w/the cleaning lady not even there yet, even tho he had agreed to hv the rm rrady by 1pm...He then bitched about the sm dogs (!), even tho he had acquiesced to my prev email i hv sm dogs.He threatened to call the police, even his local LAWYER(!) LMFAO, to which i called his bluff.He backed down and finally agreed, tho in the end he was a: ROYAL PAIN IN THE NECK and RUINED the experience for all!NEVER AGAIN!

  : Amazing location, directly in front of the beautiful beach. Very typical Greek house close to a traditional taverna. Friendly owners. Peaceful at night. Good breakfast included.
  : The bathroom was really small. Door didn't close.

  : The location is perfect. Right on the beach and the sunbeds are free of charge. The restaurant is also a couple of passes and has really tasty food. The personnel is friendly and helpful.
  : The property is quite old but has everything you need.
